Key responsibilities:

Execute and coordinate our marketing activities, with a focus on digital marketing.
Co-create newsletters, podcasts and WordPress community events in collaboration with the team.
Collaboration with team members and subcontractors - delegating and coordinating tasks.
Planning and creating content for our social media channels (Fb, Linkedin, Twitter).
Preparation of reports on our activities and monitoring of competitors' activities.
Managing our website - publishing blog posts, case studies, implementing necessary improvements and changes.

You are a self starter who sparks energy. You are willing to take on challenges.
You have at least 2 years of experience in leading digital marketing projects, ideally in an international environment.
You have been working with external freelancers/agencies.
You’ve been running social media profiles before - Linkedin/Twitter.
You are really good with words - you have a knack for creating well-structured, engaging content with spotless grammar and spelling.
You have organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
You are focused on quality – if you see any aspect of our work that can be improved, you’re not afraid to speak up and help to initiate change.
You communicate fluently in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
