Head of Delivery

Paweł is the Head of Delivery at Osom Studio. He joined the team as a Project Manager, grew into a Team Lead role, and now leads delivery across the organization. For several years, Paweł has been managing digital projects end to end — from early strategic workshops, through design and development, to successful launches. He thrives at the intersection of people, process, and execution, and believes in data-informed decision-making that turns strategy into clear, actionable plans teams can actually deliver. Outside of work, Paweł is fueled by curiosity and variety. He enjoys cooking, learning languages, staying active, and building DIY furniture — but his biggest passion is travel. A father of two, he often travels with his kids and says parenthood has given him a second childhood. Based in Katowice, he lives from one journey to the next and is fascinated by strategy in all its forms.
