Osom Studio was founded by engineers, and we’ve been building and fixing WordPress sites since 2011. We speak tech, and we translate it into business terms: what a problem costs you, what fixing it involves, and what can wait.
A lot of our work starts after someone else’s, with a site an agency left half-finished or a store that breaks after every update. We clean it up and keep it running. 3Dconnexion is one example: we took over its WooCommerce multisite in 2021, and it now serves more than 60 markets. When we build new sites, we use clean, block-based WordPress without page builders, so the next team doesn’t inherit a mess.
We’re fortunate to collaborate with exceptional people, companies, and leading brands on WordPress and WooCommerce projects
We connect WordPress and WooCommerce to the tools you already use: CRM, ERP, payments and marketing automation.
We’re remote-first team based in Łódź, Poland
Our clients are spread across Europe and North America. We meet on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, or work mostly asynchronously in a shared project tool if you prefer. Either way, you get one team that knows your site.

Questions we often hear
What sort of projects do you do?
Three kinds. We take over and fix existing WordPress and WooCommerce sites, often after another agency. We maintain and develop them long-term. And we build new custom sites, or migrate existing ones off page builders and other platforms, when a rebuild makes sense. Our portfolio includes several large international companies.
Where are you based, and how do we work together?
We’re based in Łódź, Poland, and work remotely with companies across Europe and North America. We meet on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and much of the day-to-day work happens asynchronously in a shared project tool.
How does taking over a site from another agency work?
We start with a free consultation. If the site needs a closer look, we recommend a code audit, which is a manual review of the code, plugins, security and performance that ends with a prioritized list of fixes. Then we agree together whether to fix, maintain or rebuild.
What industries do you work with?
Many, but we have the most experience with consumer electronics, fintech and insurtech, manufacturing, and SaaS and software companies.
What information do you need to quote a project?
The more detail, the better. An outline of the site structure, the tools you need to integrate with, reference sites, your timeline and your budget will speed things up. Brief us here.
How long does it take to build a new website?
It depends on the project, but a new site built from scratch takes at least two to three months.
Do you maintain websites, too?
Yes. We currently maintain 60 WordPress and WooCommerce sites, and our plans are month-to-month. See our maintenance plans.
My site is broken or hacked. Can you help?
Yes. Contact us with what you see and when it started, and we’ll tell you whether it’s something we can fix right away or whether it needs an audit first.
Is WordPress good for SEO?
Yes, when it’s built and maintained well. WordPress lets you control titles, URLs and structured data, and a well-built WordPress site can be fast. The platform alone doesn’t rank a site, though; content and technical quality do. Read more about WordPress and SEO.
Can WordPress handle high traffic?
Yes, with the right hosting, caching and ongoing maintenance. The 3Dconnexion WooCommerce multisite we maintain serves around 300,000 users a month.
