Łukasz Kaczmarek

CEO

Łukasz Kaczmarek is the CEO and co-founder of Osom Studio, a WordPress and WooCommerce agency with the ambition to become one of the leading implementation partners for technology-driven companies worldwide. For over a decade, Łukasz has been building Osom Studio together with his co-founders, guiding the company through its evolution from a hybrid setup to a fully remote-first organization. Today, Osom operates as a distributed team across Poland, delivering custom WordPress websites and WooCommerce solutions for tech companies around the globe. Though in recent years his focus has shifted strongly toward building a sustainable remote work culture. He’s a strong advocate of remote and asynchronous work and believes that well-designed systems are the foundation of high-performing teams. Outside of work, Łukasz is busy raising a small human chaos generator, and subscribing to far more podcasts and newsletters than he realistically has time to consume.
